José Palacio, known as JIPS, is a renowned Colombian visual artist and animator specializing in traditional and digital techniques encompassing animation, painting, and illustration. His work expands the boundaries of artistic creation by integrating generative technologies, creative programming, and fractal mathematics, exploring the intersections between art, science, and technology to provoke reflection, evoke emotions, and inspire positive change.
