José Palacio , known as JIPS, is a Colombian renowned visual artist and animator skilled in traditional and digital techniques, including animation, painting, and illustration. He pushes artistic boundaries by integrating technologies like artificial intelligence and fractal mathematics, exploring the intersections of art, science, and technology to provoke thought, evoke emotion, and inspire positive change.
